Support for 2-level loops

It is now possible to create 2-level loops in the system. It allows more complex questionnaires to be created (e.g., conducting a survey with all household members in a single 1 survey). Additionally, the process of compiling scripts for loops has been optimized, so that changes and the APK file for mobile devices are now generated faster.

The break function exits both first-level and second-level loop, controllable by an appropriate parameter.
