When a device is handed to an interviewer or to the coordinator, an e-mail message is being sent to them with the hand-over transfer protocol. Also in the main window two new pull-down lists have been added, which allow list filtering by status and device type fields.

Also, a special device return procedure has been added.

In the management window users with relevant rights may select which devices and why are sending to the headquarters

An e-mail with device and user details is sent to the assigned device manager in the headquarters

At the time when the shipment is delivered, the manager may uncheck received devices (unless they have been assigned with relevant rights).

At the same time, the sender receives an e-mail with receipt confirmation and a protocol.
