A new CAPI 4.98 installer version has been generated using Java Fx 1.8. The new version of the virtual machine supports new JavaFx technology, which allows the built-in web browser to be used and to the Internet Explorer to be omitted.

The new installer can be downloaded from the Downloadable tools page.

The new CAPI installer software has been developed for the 64 bit platform only. At the same time, CADAS Software has discontinued support for 32 bit platforms. Despite that, it will be still possible to use the CAPI software, for example in Windows XP systems, by installing the old version of the application and by updating the software using the source server.
