If you have a signed service contract with CADAS Software Sp. z o. o., you do not need to worry that an external company has access to personal data entrusted by your clients or acquired during surveys. Servicing procedures are formulated in such a way, so that the service engineer can access the CADAS system from the superuser (admin) account, who can access all modules but cannot access any data marked by the Administrator as protected. By default, the service engineer sees all personal data in a masked form and cannot change or configure them.
Within the scope of service activities any operations, which process source data from the database, such as database dumps, database restores, data migration to another server are forbidden without prior authorization of such operations by the PDA, under a relevant agreement.
